Who we are
This website is operated by Aymeric Acupuncture Valencia, a sole practitioner offering acupuncture sessions in Valencia, Spain. The website address is acupuncture-valencia.com.

- Email — if you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.
- WhatsApp — if you contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number and message content are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). We do not store WhatsApp conversations beyond our own device.
- Appointments — when you book a session, you send us your name, phone number and email address (usually via WhatsApp), and we record them in Jane, the practice-management software we use for appointments. Jane stores and processes this data on our behalf, under its own privacy policy.
- Google Maps / Google Business Profile — if you interact with our Google Business Profile (for example, leaving a review), your data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
How we use your data
Any personal data you provide is used solely to respond to your enquiry or to confirm an appointment. We do not use your data for marketing purposes, and we do not share it with third parties.
Data retention
Messages are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and to manage your appointments. This website does not maintain a database of client contacts.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or any third-party tracking, and it does not embed third-party content. For that reason there is no cookie banner. Links to other services (such as YouTube, Google Maps, WhatsApp and our booking provider) take you to their sites, which have their own policies.
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address, page requested and time) for security and for the operation of the service, for a limited period.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the contact page or by WhatsApp.
Third-party services
This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, based in Switzerland. Their privacy practices are governed by Swiss and EU data protection law. Fonts and images on this site are served from our own domain.
