Supporting Ukraine
Part of the profits from my practice goes to three Ukrainian causes: practical help for those at the front, and independent reporting on the war.
UA Volunteer
A volunteer initiative run by Valentyn Shevchenko that buys and delivers what frontline units ask for: vehicles, communication and optical equipment, seasonal clothing, food and medical supplies. It also helps internally displaced people.
The Kyiv Independent
An English-language newsroom reporting on Ukraine and Eastern Europe: the war, politics, investigations and war crimes. It is funded largely by its readers.
The Caolan Report
Independent video reporting in English from the front lines of Ukraine by Irish journalist Caolan Robertson, based in Ukraine since 2024: reports, interviews and documentaries. No ads and no investors: it is funded directly by its viewers.
I donate as regularly as my practice allows; it is not a fixed percentage. If you would like to help too, you can support them directly through their websites.
