Why I recommend 8 sessions

  1. Sessions 1–3: getting to know youI assess what you are coming with and find out which approach you respond to best.
  2. Sessions 4–6: focused workSessions concentrate on the approach that suits you best.
  3. Sessions 7–8: consolidatingThe last sessions consolidate the work done.

This is a typical plan, not a promise of results. For long-standing or chronic conditions, these 8 sessions are usually the start. See the FAQ for more details.

Started with 4 sessions? During your first 3 sessions you can upgrade to:

  • 8 sessions: add 220€, making it 56.25€ per session
  • 10 sessions: add 320€, making it 55€ per session

Choosing the package from the start saves you 30€.
