What happens in a session?

Each session lasts 90 minutes and follows a set sequence:

1. Facial cleanse — to prepare the skin
2. Warm towel — to relax facial tissue
3. Acupuncture — fine needles placed on the face and key body points, left to work for 20 minutes
4. Facial massage — to support circulation and release tension
5. Silicone cupping — gentle lifting and drainage
6. Gua sha — to smooth and tone
7. Warm + cool towels — to close and refresh the skin

The body points are chosen individually — because in Chinese medicine, a healthy, luminous face begins with a balanced body.

How many sessions do I need?

A single session offers noticeable relaxation and an immediate sense of wellbeing. By the 3rd session, the effects begin to build. For more lasting results, most clients find a course of 6 weekly sessions works best.
